3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house, large oversize attached garage. Small yard. Right next to the elementary school. House is a fixer upper with lots of potential. Retirement community or for a family who wants a nice, quiet place to raise their children. I had plans to fix the house up and flip it for my dream house.. But sadly, no time. I live in Everett, WA now and the house is located in Raymond, WA. I would like to trade it for a house up here. I know the value up here is much better than Raymond. Will consider something isn't a major fixer up for a trade. Or maybe trade my house for a down payment towards buying your house. My dream was to always own my own place. It'll make me feel like my hard work was worth it, but after relocating to Everett, that dream felt further away, with the housing cost here. Hoping someone had something to trade. Willing to live outside of Everett, depending drive to work.
