Looking to trade for a similar sized or larger house (3+ br and 2+ br) or a home that could reasonably be added onto, with 2 or more acres in Eastern WA, NE Oregon or Western ID. Enticing features for us are good land for growing fruit/vegetables, raise animals, a view, secluded/private but not super far from necessities such as hospital, grocery, etc., additional shop/storage space, room to build outbuildings, mature trees, particularly pine on the land, creek/stream. Willing to consider partial cash if the trade is lopsided one way or the other. We are open to things like more land and existing outbuildings for storage but maybe less main house living space, if the home is conducive to adding onto.
