I need an animal friendly property with some kind of home on it (mobiles and mild fixers are OK as long as the foundation and roof is in good shape) 1 to 40+ acres in size along the 101/Oregon Coast or even western Washington State as long as it has mild weather (not tons of snow) and is located fairly close to a decent sized town with with NO animal restrictions! Fencing and an out building/barn would be a huge plus!
