I'm Tomas Standley and my wife is Karen. we are looking for a property to put a parking pad on and park our 36 foot class a motorhome on. we have two properties by Mount Airy N.C., that we would like to trade for a single lot. The properties I have are in surry county, pin # 5907-03-30-0532 and 5907-03-30-4592. Your can go thru google search to surry county tax map and put in the # and they will come with parcel view and satellite view. These are in the autumn hills subdivision, and have underground power, phone, and have fiber optic cable on the lots The first lot is 1acre with large trees, with multiple choices of flat building site on the back of property the front of the property slopes down. The 2nd lot is 2.27 acre and front is flat , overgrown with blackberry bramble( they grow quick), and large mature hardwood tree in the back part of property. The building area that I wanted to use an received approval for a stick built is on the heavily wooded, but partially cleared flat cleared top of the hill. If you go to look at the property, walk down the steep side of property to the part time creek at bottom of property (middle of creek Is the property line) to the back area below a house in place and a small bridge over creek,take a right and go up old logging road to top of hill, where it flattens out. This is a beautiful building site already approved. If you walk to the front you will see why I had you go that way, trees and blackberry bramble makes the front unwalkable. I intended to put a culvert and fill dirt in the ravine for a driveway to the back hill top building site. With the restrictive modular only provision ( I had my property amended to stick built also). We can't legally make a parking pad and use the motorhome there. I have a $1,400 equity loan I am paying to Wachovia now known as wells Fargo. Property is close to Dobson and the interstate. I can also send you plats of the building site on the 2.27 acre lot.
