I have a restaurant in East Lansing/Michigan State University area. It is surrounded by student dorms, houses, etc. Two minutes walk to Law school, business school, chemistry department, etc. It is making great profit. Unfortunately, I am taking a new job and won't have enough time to deal with it. I am willing to trade it for real estate in good condition in a better community. Will pay value difference if needed.
