I know we ALL think OUR property is worth a fortune however, these days, a property is only worth what someone is willing to pay, or trade for it.
That being said, here is what we have and it will go for the best cash/trade offer. If you can see the value in this land and would like to own it, present your best offer.

This is a rare FIFTY FOUR (54) acre lot located in north eastern Arizona. This lot is rare for the State of Arizona because it has approximately 1000 ft. of the Little Colorado River winding through year round. (The water in the River is colored from the red clay in this area due to a recent rain)

Even though I know this land is rare, I also know it is not "worth" what it was a few years back when the market was at it's highest and and offer of $915k was turned down for this lot. Today, it is not about the money for us, we would like to do some traveling before we get too old to enjoy it.....
That being said, we will look at all trades that include a NICE RV and cash. The RV types that would been considered would be a NICE 5th wheel WITH a good truck to haul it with OR a NICE Motor Home that would be large enough and nice enough to live in for a few years as well as been reliable enough to get us to the places we would like to go. If the RV had a washer/dryer, that would be a plus! If is was outfitted with wind/solar, that would be a HUGE plus!! We would prefer there not be carpet in main living areas but we could live with it if it has carpet as most of the RVS I have looked at do have carpet. The cash part of the trade will be the best reasonable offer, it will be the combination of the two that will be accepted so it may not be the highest cash but the nicest RV that could win but will look at ALL offers!
We COULD include a custom Log Home kit with this land to add value if needed.

Prefer a NICE RV/cash combo offer but would considered a farm in Oregon or Washington State that is located anywhere from the coast to about the I-5.
