I will really look at many price ranges but I am not looking for a huge, fancy house as the land is our main focus. I need a property that is animal friendly to raise my dogs, farm birds and other animals on located in an animal friendly neighborhood. A 2-3BR and 1.5-2 BA home or even mobile home would be fine and mild fixers are OK too. Fencing and out buildings would be a HUGE plus.
Areas preferred would be from Brookings/Harbor Oregon to about Seattle Washington and from about the I-5 West to the 101. Fairly close to a decent sized town would also be nice.
