Set up for horses is a must. Need good grazing pastures, not a bunch of timber, no sagebrush, 30 acres plus,don't want a home that needs work. I'm a single woman and I train and handle my horses mostly myself, don't have time and resources to work on a home.
Ideal swap is straight across in value. My property is absolutely gorgeous and has great value due to it's location, It was part of a large family ranch. I need to relocate for personal reasons.
